Employee Appreciation Awards

  • Second quarter of 2023

    Criteria:

    • This employee can always be found helping a patient, another staff member or generally just helping the functions of the clinic
    • Kevin and the managers will be constantly keeping track of when patients or others relay stories about their experiences with an FPT staff.
    • We have our “Shout Outs” at staff meetings on a consistent basis. The person who is our Shout Out Leader will help the managers/owner track total number of individual shout outs each quarter. This info will be shared with the entire staff.
    • We will also use FOTO to get further mentions from patients.
  • Second quarter of 2023

    Criteria:

    • This employee is so enthusiastic with their daily actions, that any patient or staff that work with them have a feeling of “WOW, that person is really amazing!!!”
    • This employee always has a positive, encouraging, and motivational eye on their work, patients and colleagues and is a role model for training others.
    • This employee always strives to deliver exemplary service in their daily work, and they always demonstrate willingness to work in a team setting
    • This employee drives to be an expert and gain knowledge and experience with a focus on growth professionally
  • Second quarter of 2023

    Criteria:

    • This employee always seems to know “everybody’s name,” just as everyone knew Norm when he walked into Cheers.
    • This employee finds ways to make co-workers laugh and have a little bit more fun than others.
    • This employee is dependable, always showing up and going above and beyond their normal daily work activities. Every day after work, Norm showed up for that beer. No matter what.
    • This employee is loyal to FPT. Always referring friends and family, always having a positive attitude when talking about what FPT has to offer.
